Are you motivated by sustainability and becoming part of a team that will build and set new standards for sustainability in DLG Group - one of Denmark's largest companies?
At DLG, we are determined to play a crucial role in the green transition towards a climate-neutral and sustainable industry, including food and energy production. Therefore, we are seeking a sustainability consultant who wants to build and apply knowledge about sustainability with a commercial approach.
Your profile
We expect you to have an educational background that supports sustainability. You have a positive attitude towards tasks in a large and complex business-oriented organization. You approach tasks pragmatically and collaborate well with colleagues across both many different areas of expertise and culture throughout our many sites in Europe.
Areas of Work
You will become part of a small collaborative team, and your closest colleagues work with sustainable business development. We have an informal work environment with a good and relaxed atmosphere. Our daily life is characterized by a high level of activity and close collaboration with other teams and companies within the group. Decision-making processes are short with committed colleagues, and there are good opportunities for personal and professional development.

Your profile
We expect you to have an educational background that supports sustainability. You have a positive attitude towards tasks in a large and complex business-oriented organization. You approach tasks pragmatically and collaborate well with colleagues across both many different areas of expertise and culture throughout our many sites in Europe.
- You have a relevant master's degree in the scientific field or equivalent with a business mindset especially within DLG Group's main business areas of energy, agriculture, or similar B2B-markets. We expect you have a few years of experience in a relevant position.
- You work methodically and is skilled in working with numbers, data, and data analysis
- You have a professional approach - and preferable have worked with – relevant sustainability frameworks such as the GHG-Protocol, LCA-analysis and Science Based Targets, as well as the processes that supports green transition.
- You communicate well in Danish, English, and preferably German.
Areas of Work
- Support and facilitate sustainable imports based on upcoming legal requirements and DLG standards in collaboration with our Sourcing-team
- Close contact to data owners and turning data into manageable initiatives throughout the group, follow up and ensure progress on current and future ESG data
- Develop and identify sustainable initiatives within both DLG Group's own activities and those related to our customers and suppliers.
- Collaborate and follow up on upcoming requirements for sustainability frameworks eg. Science Based Targets, including new standards for CO2e factors and future EU legislation within our business areas.
- Participate in business-oriented projects in collaboration with colleagues in Denmark, Germany, and Sweden.
