Role Overview:
We are seeking a Danish Language Consultant to support recruitment initiatives in Denmark. This role requires strong language skills, cultural insights, and an understanding of the local job market to optimize hiring campaigns and engagement strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Translation & Localization: Adapt recruitment materials and communications for the Danish audience.
Market Research: Identify the best local platforms and strategies for attracting qualified professionals.
Cultural Consultation: Provide insights into local customs and professional norms to refine hiring strategies.
Compliance Awareness: Ensure recruitment practices align with local labor laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
Native-level proficiency in Danish (written and spoken).
Fluency in English (written and spoken).
Experience in localization, recruitment, or market research.
Strong understanding of Danish cultural and professional dynamics.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently
