Join the European Professional Services team
Our primary objective is to manage and advise our customers on master data management solutions. A diverse team of project managers, solution consultants, solution architects and technical profiles, we work from qualification of requirements all the way through the delivery and implementation of software related to our Stibo Systems Enterprise Platform (STEP).

Develop and deliver a value-adding, customer-centric experience
Working with medium to large organizations, you will be representing Stibo Systems in a consultancy role, managing customer implementation projects and liaising with subject matter experts and partners at all organizational levels.
Your aim will be to ensure a cohesive and structured analysis of customer requirements and definition of MDM/PIM solutions. Specifically, you will:
- Ensure that the quality of deliverables remains in line with agreed standards and within scope and budget
- Design and implement business solutions that bring added value to the customer
- Perform problem analysis and resolution activities
- Actively participate in and contribute to customer project meetings
- You see traveling (up to 80 days per year) within Europe post-COVID not as a burden but as an exciting alternative to video conferences or office time.
Passion for working with customers from different Industries
We imagine our new colleague to be customer-oriented and believe in The Art Of The Possible – ready to go the extra mile to achieve results and add value for both customers and your colleagues. Also, you have strong communication and presentation skills and are eager to learn and develop.
Furthermore, you:
- Have experience in defining and/or implementing MDM, PIM or ERP solutions
- Ideally you have gained those in a corporate environment, a software company or a consultancy and like to work in an international environment.
- As a team player you quickly integrate into new environments and adapting team structures.
- You like to share your knowledge and experiences with customers and your team members.
- Are fluent in English – additional languages are beneficial e.g. German
