Here at Liebherr Denmark, we work to support several of the largest international Wind, Offshore, companies and ports in Scandinavia with service, spare parts and sales of Liebherr Maritime Cranes (port equipment, offshore, ship and ship to shore cranes. In addition, Liebherr Danmark ApS also handles the sale and service of mobile cranes and crawler cranes over 350 tons in Denmark.

- Provide technical support and service for customers, service and sales department for maritime products.
- Quoting of upgrades, services and non-standards solution
- Liaise with factory for technical enquiries and feedback.
- Manage special projects, controlling and coordination.
- Preparation of project specific documentation such as method statements and risk analyses.
- Responsible for the monitoring and correct fulfilling of the local service contracts,
- Oversee customer service issues, including participation in scheduled customer service meetings.
- Calculation and generating of work offers.
- Daily and project-based reporting to the local Head of Customer Service
Your Qualifications
- An excellent knowledge of electronic, hydraulic and mechanical systems (theory and practical)
- Experience with the CAN Bus will be highly regarded.
- Experience working with MCC products.
- Excellent diagnostic skills
- Strong commitment to workplace safety
- Good communication skills and cultural awareness
- Experience from similar Technical position
- Strong knowledge of the English language in understanding, writing and speaking. Proficiency in the Danish language is considered an asset.
- Knowledge of Liebherr programs and MS Office
- A valid driver's license
