Job Description
As a Junior HR generalist at our head office in central Copenhagen you will be a part of our Scandinavian HR team. You will participate in projects concerning our overall growth in the Scandinavian market. This involves culture, engagement, employer branding, professional development, training, compensation, and benefits. One of your main tasks will consist of internal recruitment for our different departments. You will also work with a wide range of other HR-related tasks such as:
• Recruitment
• On and offboarding
• Work environment
• Manager support in day-to-day business
• Employment law-related cases
• HR-administration
• Payroll
Your Profile
To be qualified for the job we expect that you have a genuine interest in recruitment and that working with people is something that you enjoy and gain motivation from. There is no specific educational requirements, however, recruitment experience is a must as well as a general knowledge about the HR profession. Experience from payroll and Danish employment law is a great merit. In addition to the above, the job requires good knowledge of MS Office.
To be a match for this position you should enjoy having several different tasks and have the ability to work in a structured as well as effective way. You have to be detail-oriented and at the same time have the ability to maintain a helicopter view. The role also requires that you are self-propelled and goal-oriented.
We are looking for someone who is service-minded, flexible and has a positive attitude. As our company is part of an international group, it is important that you have good spoken and written knowledge in Danish as well as English. It is an advantage, but not a requirement, if you also speak Swedish.
