Part-time: 22.50 hours per week
We are currently looking for an IAM Consultant for a large company in Greater Copenhagen.
Facilitate data gathering, counseling, and documentation of:
· High-level process modeling and descriptions
· Target architecture
· Master Data and Master Data Management
· Governance
Tender material:
· Write or provide architectural chapters
· Review tender material – align with the company's requirements
· Quality assurance in general
Requirements:
The Consultant must have broad IAM experience in describing an IGA framework and governance structure, incl. master data governance.
· Must also have experience in creating target architecture and working with defining and describing Master Data
· Must be experienced in using BPNM
· Must be an experienced facilitator with high communication skills with experience in communicating to and engaging with all parts of an organization.
· The Consultant must also be experienced in the change management process which the Consultant is to work closely together with regarding communication and training material
· Must be fluent in Danish and English, both in speech and writing.
Firstly the Consultant must understand the target architecture for the project, with a focus on Master Data and target systems.
The target architecture is to serve as the basis for the high-level process modeling, the Master Data description, and governance structure.
High-level process modeling and descriptions:
The Consultant must provide high-level process modeling and descriptions for all processes regarding the IGA solution and privileged accounts, i.e.
· On/off boarding an employee/ external
· Request access to an application, business role, etc.
· Revoke access
· Organizational changes
· On/off boarding new applications
The Consultant is responsible for the entire process (planning, data gathering, workshops with relevant parties, creating the process descriptions, etc.). The descriptions include as-is and to-be scenarios and are to be included in the change management deliveries.
The high-level process modeling must be done using BPNM.
Master data:
To ensure full automated workflows master data is a central part of the IGA implementation. The Consultant is to facilitate the process of determining and describing the critical master data, including high-level documentation of the data integrations.
Governance and master data management:
The Consultant must create a full governance structure and description regarding the IGA implementation, including:
· Conceptual model
· Roles (i.e. system owner, business role owner, user administration)
· Identity
· Responsibilities
· Principles and processes
· Etc.
The governance is also to include a description of a high-level Master Data Management structure. The Consultant is to facilitate the process leading to the governance and Master Data Management description and is responsible for the documentation.
EU-tender architectural support:
The Consultant must be experienced in writing tender material and have a broad IAM architectural experience in describing the architectural related chapters (wording, diagrams, flowcharts, etc.)
The Consultant must review all tender material and align with the company's requirements.
OBS:
The consultant must not have any type of commercial relationship (e.g. partner) to any IAM provider in the market.
