Responsibilities
The IT Operations department consists of two teams, IT Service Desk and IT Infrastructure. Your role will be in the IT Service Desk where you’ll be providing 1. Line support for our users globally and act as primary point of contact in providing incident resolution, technical support and advice. This includes support for internal users, troubleshooting and resolving basic network incidents, supporting A/V installations and purchasing and preparing hardware for new employees. We work with some of the newest technologies, and you are guaranteed a challenging position, where you’ll have plenty of opportunity to development your professional skills.

What We Require of You
- A relevant educational background or equivalent practical experience.
- That you’re outgoing, service-minded and always do your best to meet end users with a smile while delivering world-class assistance.
- Be fluent in spoken and written English.
- Participating in the continued development of our internal IT processes and help pushing the boundaries for our service level.
- A team player with the ability to establish relationships with internal users.
- Takes lead, responsibility and ownership!
What We'll Love About You

- Great experience within IT/user support and excellent people skills.
- That you’re a self-driven, structured and creative individual possessing lots of drive.
- Have working knowledge with ITSM systems, preferably ZenDesk.
