Would you like to work with IT, customer service and technical support? Are you a student or able to work part time in Copenhagen? Then you might just be the right candidate for Elgigantens Helpdesk
As a part of the technical helpdesk you will help Finnish customers who are having problems with their electronic devices. Your job will be to provide excellent customer support and take care of their problems from beginning to end.
The good advisor is:
- Effective and precise when communicating with customers
- Independent and solution oriented
- Detail oriented and capable of handling complex problems
- Stable and punctual
- Fluent in Finnish and English
It is an advantage if you have worked in a similar support function before, but it’s not a requirement. Elgiganten believes that a good start and thorough training is a crucial part of a successful cooperation, which is why your employment will start with 2 weeks of full time training.

Practical information
Interviews will be conducted on an ongoing basis. As a part of the recruitment process we will ask for a copy of your criminal record and contact information for references. We also use a test to further determine if you match this position.
If you are hired, you must apply for a Danish CPR-number and a Danish bank account. We will help you with both as a part of the recruitment process.
Start date: November 4th.
Working Hours: 15-20 hours per week.
The opening hours at the technical Helpdesk:
Monday- Friday: 08-19 Saturday: 09-15
Salary: 134 DKK/hour
