About the job
Under the authority and operational direction of the Head of IT, you will have your daily routine in an informal and busy department consisting of 5 employees. Here we share the responsibility for ensuring and further developing an efficient and secure IT operating environment that supports the group's IT strategy.
As a 1st line technical supporter, you will work with quality, user satisfaction and knowledge sharing. Your responsibility is to provide technical support via phone and via our case management system (ServiceDeskPlus).
Your workplace will be both at Bella Center Copenhagen, where we have our head office, as well as at our 3 hotels, Copenhagen Marriott Hotel, AC Hotel Bella Sky and Crowne Plaza Copenhagen Towers, where you will get a good understanding of the applicable IT requirements in connection with hotel operations.
On workdays, you receive calls and ServiceDesk user inquiries and resolve their IT challenges, which may include problems with PCs, the Office package, etc. We also serve users who have network challenges, problems with IP/mobile phones and everything else concerning the IT sector.
In connection with the employment, you will be asked to show your criminal record.
The applications are processed on an ongoing basis and interviews will be carried out on an ongoing basis.
Tasks
Among other things, your tasks will consist of:
Server operation management and documentation with external partners 1st and 2nd level support for all group companies concerning the solutions that IT provides Participation in IT projects in the group in cross-sectoral collaboration Updating user policies Internal documentation Ad hoc IT support in connection with exhibitions/customer events at Bella Center Copenhagen and at our hotels
About you
You have an IT degree and likewise experience and knowledge from a similar position in a medium-sized company or a hosting provider.
In addition, you have:
Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory and user administration In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Windows 8.1 and 10 Knowledge of troubleshooting on Microsoft Office 2013, 2016, O365 Knowledge of support for smartphones (iOS and Android) Good communication skills and the ability to communicate technical issues to the users in Danish and English Knowledge of simple Cisco configurations (CCNA courses or similar) and Linux is an advantage

Most importantly, you prioritize further developing yourself and are not afraid to embark on new tasks. As a person, you are self-reliant and exercise responsibility in relation to tasks, and you work diligently and solution-oriented. You meet your deadlines and agreements, you keep calm and understand how to prioritize your time effectively. You also work structured and can document your work through guidance and instructions. Not least, you are flexible in terms of entering into multiple roles, where your approach is always professional and welcoming. Considered creativity is a welcome plus.
Generally, you should enjoy a varying and unpredictable working day at a fast pace and expect to move around on all of the group's premises.
Last but not least, cheerfulness and a positive attitude constitute significant quality features for us.
