Together, we lead and leave a positive impact on societies, companies and people around the world.</p><p><strong>You will join our Clients & Sales department</strong></p><p>The role is centered around being a Commercial Systems and Change Consultant on a change and transformation programme for Commercial Systems at Ramboll, globally (i.e.: CRM, Marketing Automation, etc). This position will be expected to join the current team within Clients & Sales to support the execution of the development of the commercial systems and the change management activities surrounding those systems.</p><p><strong>Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:</strong></p><ul><li>Assist in developing and implementing change management strategies. The role will work with the Head of Global Commercial Systems to develop and implement change management strategies that ensure the smooth implementation and adoption of Commercial Systems.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams: This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that all stakeholders are kept informed about the commercial systems changes and that any potential issues are addressed.</li><li>Assist in training and educating employees: will support the Commercial Systems Team and Clients & Sales team in training and educating employees on how to use the new systems and processes.</li><li>Monitor and measure the success of changes: will assist in monitoring and measuring the success of changes and adjusting, as necessary.</li><li>Document the change process: will assist in documenting the entire change process, including the strategies used, the implementation process, the results achieved and post-implementation review.</li><li>Provide support and troubleshooting: will provide support and troubleshooting to ensure that the systems are working effectively and efficiently.</li><li>Assist in identifying areas for improvement: will work with the business to help identify areas for improvement in the current commercial systems and then assist in developing and implementing improvements. Will work with the CRM Team to develop and implement improvements to the commercial systems.</li><li>Develop and maintain stakeholder repository and engagement strategies, as well as monitor outcomes and ensure follow-up</li><li>Prepare and continually develop communication artefacts and plans, in collaboration with Ramboll’s Brand and internal Communications teams.</li><li>Prepare relevant guidance and information material and content for intranet (Rambla) pages in collaboration with other team members</li><li>Support development of hand-over post-implementation (e.g.: process, organisational setup, etc) and documentation to the business</li><li>Focus on creativity and innovation in scoping and management of deliverables is expected and will be continual development journey</li><li>Develop best practices within change management and commercial systems</li></ul><p><strong>Your starting point for constant growth</strong></p><p>From the moment you join Ramboll, we will support your personal and professional development so that you grow with the company. For this role, we believe your starting point is:</p><ul><li>Master’s degree in business, management, or related field.</li><li>Experience with change management of transformation projects. With a large international company is a plus.</li><li>Familiarity with commercial systems (i.e.: CRM, Marketing Automation) and change management best practices.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.</li><li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.</li><li>Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Comfortable creating and managing working relationships with senior stakeholders and colleagues in the business.</li><li>Ability to manage tasks independently and makes decisions when needed to reach out for support.</li><li>Resilient upon changes in plans, delays, and adjustments of scope.</li><li>Excellent English skills are a must.</li></ul><p><strong>Welcome to our Support Organisation</strong></p><p>In Ramboll’s Support Organisation we take pride in keeping Ramboll running smoothly, enabling bright minds throughout the organisation to focus on their areas of expertise as we tie together all parts of the business.
