Together, we lead and leave a positive impact on societies, companies and people around the world.</p><p><strong>You will join our Clients & Sales department</strong> </p><p>You will become part of an international team focused on driving the commercial agenda in Ramboll through Commercial Insights & Analytics, Commercial Systems, Key Account Management and Commercial Excellence. We are ~14 colleagues based in Copenhagen, Denmark and Chennai, India, but with a global group-wide scope.</p><p><strong>Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:</strong> </p><ul><li>Help translate the overarching sustainability ambitions of Ramboll in to ready-to-implement commercial improvement initiatives</li><li>Develop and implement Ramboll’s global Key Account Management program; setting up group-wide standards for roles, client engagement, policies and procedures</li><li>Define and lead commercial excellence programmes such as segmentation, sales training and go-to-market strategies</li><li>Conduct analyses and deliver quality insights and recommendation for the business</li><li>Develop core commercial processes, e.g. account and opportunity management</li><li>Drive performance management processes and reporting in close collaboration with senior leadership</li><li>Identify, collect and leverage best practices in the commercial space across the organisation</li></ul><p><strong>Your starting point for constant growth</strong> </p><p>From the moment you join Ramboll, we will support your personal and professional development so that you grow with the company. For this role, we believe your starting point is: </p><ul><li>Master’s degree in business, management, or related field.</li><li>At least 3-5 years of experience with commercial excellence or sales management in a B2B context, preferably in a large, international organization</li><li>In-depth knowledge of B2B sales processes and systems, e.g. CRM</li><li>Curiosity for solving complex problems, and develop executable solutions</li><li>Ability to structure analysis in Excel, utilize PowerBI and create compelling presentations in PowerPoint</li><li>Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.  </li><li>Comfortable creating and managing working relationships with senior stakeholders and colleagues in the business</li><li>Ability to manage tasks independently and makes decisions when needed to reach out for support</li><li>Resilient upon changes in plans, delays, and adjustments of scope. </li><li>Excellent English skills are a must</li></ul><p><strong>Welcome to our Support Organisation</strong> </p><p>In Ramboll’s Support Organisation we take pride in keeping Ramboll running smoothly, enabling bright minds throughout the organisation to focus on their areas of expertise as we tie together all parts of the business.
