As a Customer Success Manager, you are focused on securing healthy long-term adoption among your assigned portfolio of customers through training, follow-ups and additional check-ins. You are a driven, customer-centric, team player who loves leveraging your versatility and critical thinking aptitudes to develop relationships and deliver results for our customers.
This Customer Success position will focus on the Falcon's agency segment. About 20% of Falcon's customer base is compromised of agencies and we are looking for a CustomerSuccess Manager who is curious to understand the agency environment and it's day to day challenges. In this role you will help to establish a programme for successful growth and engagement, bringing agencies closer to Falcon as a partner - and forming a blueprint for further channel partners in the future.

This Customer Success position will focus on the Falcon's agency segment. What you'll do:
- Establish and build a trusted relationship with agencies' key contacts. You will be a primary point of contact from the beginning, which means you will also be responsible for onboarding, training and other key points of the Customer Success lifecycle.
- Be part of establishing an agency-specific method of effectively steering the lifecycle towards growth and retention/renewal in collaboration with internal teams.
- Build a process for growing the account value of agency partners by building relationships with the end customers. Mapping organisations and their extended ecosystems to understand risks and opportunities.
- Prepare and educate agencies on new features and releases and help them leverage the product for business success.
- Serve as the voice of the agencies and collect feedback to drive continuous improvement across all areas, including product.
- Monitor and identify adoption and utilization trends, provide recommendations based on risk and agencies’ business needs.
What you have:
- Experience in Customer Success, Account Management or similar.
- A truly customer-centric mindset and the empathy required to care about your and Falcon's partners.
- English to a native fluency level (other languages are a plus).
- Deep domain knowledge in the social media space and with regards to customer experience.
- The knowledge of the product and industry to deliver valuable advice.
- Outstanding consultative skills including objection handling, negotiation and persuasion.
- Strong relationship management and the ability to tailor your approach for different stakeholders.
- A solution-oriented approach and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Solid organisational skills and project management.
- A strong sense of autonomy and comfort working towards set targets and timelines, steering your own customers to success with a data-driven approach.
- Experience from a marketing or media agency is a plus.
