Are you an experienced PLM specialist with great responsibility for operating and optimizing PLM processes? Do you thrive in a dynamic, development-oriented working culture? - Then you might be the new member of the solution and development team at Green Hydrogen Systems.
In the position of PLM Business Consultant, you will be responsible for operating and continuously optimizing the PLM processes as well as, being the operational lead on systems, data, and people's PLM skills.
You will work closely in a smaller team, where execution and results are thriving.
Your key responsibilities include:
To succeed in this role, you have experience with key PLM topics such as; New Product Development (NPD), Engineering Change Management, Bill of Materials (BoM) management, Spare Parts management, Digital Twin/simulation, and RDS-PS tag.
You can very well come from a former position as a superuser/administrative in a PLM system and experience from a similar company or industry is preferable. Furthermore, it is an advantage with some project management experience and that you prefer the operational role where support, process, and administrative tasks are in focus.
There are no specific demands for your educational background. The experience is valued the most. You must master English both verbally and in writing.
To succeed in this position, you need to be structured, and have a good understanding of data and data patterns as well as an analytical sense.
You are self-motivated and can take the initiative yourself. Like the rest of the organization, you are result-oriented and a good stakeholder, as well as:

Primary responsibilities
In the position of PLM Business Consultant, you will be responsible for operating and continuously optimizing the PLM processes as well as, being the operational lead on systems, data, and people's PLM skills.
You will work closely in a smaller team, where execution and results are thriving.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Ensure efficient operation of the PLM systems.
- Managing access rights
- Monitoring system performance
- Implement enhancements in collaboration with suppliers.
- Contributes to documentation of PLM-relevant business processes in collaboration with process specialists across the value chain.
- Ensuring the PLM business process documentation
- Contribute to building and delivery of the PLM project roadmap to deliver on the GHS strategy.
- Gather needs from the PLM super users and own identified system gaps.
- Take ownership and stay informed of the latest PLM developments.
Your qualifications and motivations
