COWI was one of the first Danish companies to implement and use ServiceNow, thus we have a well-developed system environment and many active users on the system. We have many exciting projects in the pipeline to support processes within our internal Group IT and in our outgoing business units. Consequently we are looking for a Leading Consultant located in Lyngby to manage the system responsibility for ServiceNow and to continue the development of the entire platform - would that be of interest to you please read on.
In COWI Group IT we support 7,000+ internal users in 73 sites around the world. We are operating in a challenging environment and the business requests more efficient and effective solutions. Today COWI experiences an increased demand for its services and delivers substantial results. This strengthened position in the market brings a continuous flow of new extensive and challenging projects that demand cooperation and problem solving with the rest of the 120+ colleagues in Group IT.

BE PART OF AN INTERNATIONAL WORK ENVIRONMENT
COWI uses ServiceNow both to support our ITIL processes and as a strategic development platform. You will be senior consultant in a team of 4 IT consultants and report to the Head of Section of the area. Your daily focus will be on developing solutions together with our internal ServiceNow customers and projects.
MAINTAINING THE OVERVIEW
As a Leading Consultant, you will create and maintain an overview of the architecture for the entire platform and will ensure coherence with other systems and data in COWI.
You will have the chance to implement and improve governance processes for both operations and development on the platform. You will have an important role in development and new implementations on the platform. You will work with business users to identify & refine business requirements and workflows to resolve support issues. You will cooperate closely with developers and other stakeholders in COWI as well as vendors and user groups.
You will take part in the ongoing support of the platform including scripting, configuration, integration and administration. You will communicate ServiceNow processes, operations and capability information to all levels of management and other applicable resources.
YOUR PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS CREATE VALUE
You are certified within ITIL Foundation and have minimum 3 to 5 years of experience with ServiceNow. You have the overview of applications and modules in ServiceNow. You have experience within Java, integration to other systems and experience within development and databases.
