Creating our new One Enterprise Resource Planning system is not just a job – it’s a lifestyle! Join our One ERP program and experience a unique opportunity. We are seeking committed, dynamic, team players across a broad range of disciplines within SAP (S4/HANA) to join the One ERP team on either temporary or permanent positions. The project offers a unique opportunity for career development, giving you exposure to all levels of management across many business units.
Do the extraordinary and help build our new One ERP
One ERP is the foundation of Danfoss’ digital transformation. It will give Danfoss speed and flexibility, enabling us to give a better digital customer experience. This will be possible by having aligned business processes, SAP configurations, business forms, master data definitions and training material across the entire organization. You will join a highly motivated One ERP Program Team, with members from the four Danfoss segments and key corporate functions. Together with business input, they have built the system, established various interfaces and mapped business processes upfront, using the latest technology available. An ambitious three-year roadmap is in place and will cover all Danfoss entities across the world.

We are seeking committed, dynamic team players
Titles will vary, but typical roles are: Business Consultant, Data Analyst, Data Project manager, Test Release Consultant, Project Manager, Planner, Change Agent, Training Consultant. For all positions, you need to have experience in the expected area, e.g. as Business Consultant, but we will also consider candidates with the will to learn.
As One ERP Program member, you get the opportunity to work in a high-profile Danfoss program. You will join an international and dynamic team, who are used to working under pressure and collaborate to reach key deadlines and goals. Being part of the One ERP Program, means that you will be a key player in Danfoss’ digital journey, helping to create a better digital customer experience and enable growth in Danfoss.
Practicalities
