For one of our customers we are looking for a Agile Business Change Management consultant.

Requirements: Min. 5 years of professional IT experience.

Your responsibilities include:
- Driving the business change management and communication towards the business, customers and employees
- Ensuring the Stakeholders are defined and handled accordingly
- Ensuring that the business is trained in new functionality and processes
- The Business Change Manager works closely in aligning activities and initiatives with the rest of the team.
- Facilitates the use of BCM Tools incl. Stakeholder Maps & Communication Plan, Business Change Assessments, t, Training Needs Assessment, Training Plan, Training Material Preparation etc.
Requirements:

You are focused and persistent on achieving goals by the ability to ensure the teams and business have a great collaboration. Furthermore:
- Experience in driving change in regards to implementation of new IT systems / IT tools
- You have effective communication skills to sell the program vision to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- You have a strong IT understanding, allowing you to engage in dialogue with your IT colleagues
- You are self-driven have strong leadership, curious, critical and constructive.
- You have a strong business process understanding, allowing you to engage in dialogue with your business owners and other stakeholders
- Experience in working agile
- You speak and write English effortlessly
Start: 02-01-2020
