To support the continued growth, we are now looking for an HR Development Consultant who is passionate about supporting leadership and people development.
With direct reference to our Head of Leadership & Development, you will become a part of our HR team consisting of 18 dedicated colleagues with very broad responsibilities. Overall, the team is responsible for developing, implementing, and driving results that support the overall business objectives of Kamstrup. People development and especially leadership development is high on Kamstrup’s agenda; thus, we are looking to strengthen our HR team with this newly established position. In Leadership & Development we are a small, dedicated, cross-disciplinary unit, and our goal is to use best practices to develop and support critical capabilities that align with the organizational priorities.
A job with focus on leadership & people development
In the newly established position as HR Development Consultant, you will play a vital role in the development of our employees and leaders on a global scale. You will be responsible for supporting our global processes within both leadership, performance, and people development. You will hereby have the opportunity to define some of our global practices and impact our people agenda globally.
More specifically, you will:
Personality matters
We are looking for an ambitious and competent HR Development Consultant with a great personal drive and a pioneering attitude. We imagine that you have a relevant degree in Business Development, HR, Strategy, Management or similar. In addition, it is a requirement that you have at least 3 years of experience from either a position as e.g., HR Business Partner, Leadership/Management Consultant or similar in an international setting. From this experience you have a proven record with defining, developing, and facilitating people and leadership development initiatives. However, most importantly is that you have been working with defining and delivering leadership and people development initiatives – ideally, you also have experience with facilitating performance management.
As a person you are dedicated, positive and have a can-do-attitude. You are characterized by being a team-player who thrive in creating relationships with various stakeholders, but also enjoy submerging yourself into planning and structuring processes and programs. You possess strong communicative skills that enable you to communicate clearly across all levels in the organization, while also take pleasure in being the centre when presenting at workshops etc. Furthermore, you have an analytical and structured approach which enables you to be quality-conscious.
In addition, it is a requirement that you master English and Danish on a high level – both orally and written.

- Be responsible for coordinating, facilitating and ensuring a continuos relevant introduction program for new leaders
- Design, coordinate and facilitate 2-3 annual leadership summits (both virtual and physical)
- Drive implementation and ensure annual delivery of 360o leadership evaluation - including communication to internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Support the progress and implementation of the Leadership & Development strategy across Kamstrup based on organizational needs
- Support execution of operational HR activities related to Leadership & Development
