With direct reference to the Head of Sales Process and Tools in Marketing, you will become a part of an ambitious team responsible for Kamstrup’s global sales applications. We continuously strive to digitally support and enable Kamstrup’s global brand-to-order process through our digital platforms. You will work closely with marketing, sales, and service to ensure a seamless customer experience, including developing cross-functional strategies and collaborating on customer-centric initiatives and driving a CRM culture.
A job with focus on continuous improvement and development of our CRM platform
In the position as CRM Consultant, your overall area of responsibility will be to drive the development and continuous improvement of Kamstrup's CRM platform to support our interactions with customers and deliver sales excellence processes and ultimately driving business growth across our three Business Areas Water, Heat & Cooling and Electricity. You will work closely with the business and our IT team to ensure progress of prioritized deliveries to continuously accommodate the needs of the business and improve the user experience and adaptation of our Dynamics 365 Platform.

Personality matters
We are looking for a CRM Consultant who has strong delivery management and implementation skills. Meaning, that you can take business requirements and break them down into actionable projects, features requests, and tasks through user stories, acceptance criteria, test scenarios, and Functional Design Documents.
You have a master’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field and at least 3 years of experience with a proven track record in a similar position either from a consultancy company or a larger organization. You are used to working with Microsoft tools such as Dynamics & Power Platform on a functional level e.g., D365 Sales, D365 Marketing, and Power Platform.
As a person, you naturally maintain an overview of several projects and deadlines by breaking it into achievables, and you thrive in a workday with many different tasks. You have excellent communicative and interpersonal skills and easily create strong relationships with different stakeholders across a complex organization and get energy when you consider different viewpoints and opinions to find the best solution. You have a commercial mindset which means that you consider the business value of all projects. It is natural for you to come up with new ideas and challenge the ways of working based on your up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
Moreover, it is a requirement that you both speak and write Danish and English fluently.

- Ensure an ongoing evaluation of the CRM system, identify areas of improvement and establish recommendations
- Ensure full alignment with business stakeholders and IT of projects, roadmaps and backlog
- Create guidance material and conduct ongoing superuser and end-user training
- Manage customer data and ensuring its accuracy, completeness, and security
- Maintain business process documentation, business definitions, and user guideline library
- Monitor data and process quality based on selected KPIs and report to the VP of Sales within the three Business Areas
