Become a part of our Sales Process and Tools team in Marketing

With direct reference to the Head of Sales Process and Tools, you will become a part of an ambitious team responsible for Kamstrup’s global sales applications (e.g., CRM and CPQ). We continuously strive to digitally support and enable Kamstrup’s global brand-to-order process through our digital platforms. We work closely especially close with Sales, but also, Marketing, Supply Chain, and IT to streamline and improve the sales process while leveraging technology effectively to ensure a seamless customer experience, which is why you will have ample opportunity for knowledge sharing in the position.

In the position as CRM Consultant, you will be responsible for enhancing sales performance and productivity by optimizing technology-enabled sales processes. This includes being an important ambassador for our sales platforms, and securing high end-user adoption through training, day-to-day support, and communication.

Personality matters
We are looking for a CRM Consultant who possesses strong project delivery management and implementation skills. This enables you to break down business requirements into actionable projects, tasks, and successfully deliver them on time, meeting the expectations of stakeholders. There are many entry points to this position, but we imagine that you have a master’s degree in business administration, sales, marketing, engineering, or a related field.

- Ensure full alignment across the team, with business stakeholders, and with IT on projects, roadmaps, and backlogs
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of existing sales processes, identifying gaps and inefficiencies, and recommending and implementing tools and technologies that align with the process
- Provide training and support to sales teams to ensure the successful adoption and utilization of the selected sales tools
- Manage customer data to ensure its accuracy, completeness, and security
- Maintain business process documentation, business definitions, and user guidelines libraries
- Develop reporting processes to monitor and evaluate sales performance
- Scouting for new platform technologies fit for our stakeholders' future needs
