Become a part of our System & Process Management team

With a direct reference to the Head of System & Process Management, you will enter our functional area Solution and Service Delivery, which is responsible for all deliveries extending our meters, from project management to customer support, and is thereby a crucial enabler of the delivery of services and solutions to our customers. More precisely, you will join a team consisting of 11 dedicated and motivated colleagues, who work cross functionally to enhance collaboration, process transparency and effectiveness through process management, digitalization and automation of processes and continuous improvement projects. In the team there is an informal atmosphere and sparring is an integrated part of our everyday.

A job with focus on processes management and optimization
In the position as Business Process Consultant, you will play a key role in optimizing our business processes and strengthening our use of integrated management system (IMS). As a superuser of our IMS system, you will be responsible for ensuring our business processes are developed and maintained in accordance with our internal guidelines and industry best practices, as well as creating content and being an ambassador for the system. Furthermore, you will play an integral role in supporting improvement initiatives, cross-functional projects, and coordinating activities with relevant stakeholders.

More specifically, your responsibilities will be:

  • Managing improvement initiatives, and supporting the cross-functional improvement projects
  • Identifying, scoping, and facilitating new processes and process improvements together with Business Process Owners
  • Promoting the benefits of the system and carry out trainings and communication to users
  • Facilitating and supporting internal quality assurance reviews in collaboration with our Quality function
  • Ensuring compliance, ownership, and organizational awareness in relation to our quality management system

Personality matters
We are looking for an experienced Business Process Consultant with a strong drive and interest in business process optimization. We imagine that you have a relevant educational background, such as a cand.merc., and a minimum of 3 years of experience in working with management systems, preferably in an international company.

As a person you have a problem-solving mindset which naturally leads you to suggest improvements and discover ways to optimize processes. You have a great business understanding that enables you to understand how processes intertwine and take a holistic approach when carrying out projects. Furthermore, you are energized by a day with various tasks and your structured approach of working allows you to navigate our fast-paced and dynamic environment. You thrive in a collaborative role and hold great communicative skills which gives you the ability to translate systemic subjects into a business context.

It is a requirement that you speak and write English fluently.
