Are you looking to gain hands-on experience within HR and employee benefits while working in a global company that makes a real difference in people's lives?
, a world-leading hearing healthcare company, is looking for a Junior Consultant (15-20 hours/week) for our Benefits & Payroll DK team, located at our headquarters in Smørum – close to public transportation and S-Train.
You provide valuable support
In your new position, you will play an active role in supporting and developing the employee benefits lifecycle at . You will be a key part of daily operations and provide valuable support to our employees on a variety of benefit-related matters.
You will become part of our Danish HR department consisting of app. 45 employees with various backgrounds and areas of responsibility – and we promise there will a lot of opportunities to learn and develop.
While your physical base will be at our office in Smørum, most tasks can be performed remotely — giving you the flexibility to manage your studies and work.
You can look forward to a lot of operational tasks, that will widen your professional experience and bring you new insights into the HR machine room of large, international growth company.
Your Key Responsibilities
You daily tasks will include – but not be limited to – the below:
A proactive and structured mindset

• You are currently enrolled in a higher education program — all fields and levels are welcome!
• You are proactive, structured, and enjoy taking responsibility for your tasks
• You have a positive and collaborative attitude, and a genuine interest in supporting others
• You communicate fluently in English (spoken and written)
• You are comfortable working with common office software (Microsoft Office, etc.)

- Support and develop employee benefits throughout their lifecycle
- Handle, report, and provide operational support within:
- Employee company shares ("ComputerShare")
- Company car schemes
- Jubilee programs
- Psychological assistance programs
- Massage and other employee benefits
- Maintain and update the Employee Handbook
- Respond to employee benefit inquiries (Tier 1 support)
- General administrative support
- Represent in daily employee interactions related to benefits.
