NNIT is looking for a unique Senior Consultant with a deep pharmaceutical laboratory expertise who wishes to make a mark on some of the most exciting laboratory IT projects within the Life Sciences industry.
The NNIT Laboratory Advisory Team is currently shaping our strategic life sciences laboratory brand building on more than 20 years of experience in this specific domain. We are moving both our clients’ and our own organization’s understanding towards the digitalized lab of the future.
Your responsibilities as a Senior Life Sciences Laboratory IT Consultant
You will join an exciting, international advisory department with highly skilled colleagues that have a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry. We know and have hands on experience with the processes of laboratories both in R&D as well as in manufacturing and the ability to bridge this knowledge with IT.
Working closely with international clients, you will use your experience from the laboratory domain to:
A key part of the job is business development activities related to new offerings that will support our continued growth within the areas of laboratory IT. The job will include close collaboration with a multitude of stakeholders within NNIT where your specialist knowledge will strengthen our companies' strategic aspirations in the lab domain.

Your qualifications and experiences
You hold an MSc degree in Life sciences or IT with minimum 3-5 years of experience from working in pharmaceutical laboratories.
You are used to advising and building trust on all levels, and you might have gained this experience from a past job within the consulting area.
NNIT has offices with laboratory competencies in Copenhagen, Frankfurt, Prague, Tianjin and Basel, but we will expect you will have your base in proximity of Copenhagen but frequently interact with our other locations.
Fluency in oral and written English is a must. German or Danish is beneficial. Some travel must be expected.

Your responsibilities as a Senior Life Sciences Laboratory IT Consultant

Working closely with international clients, you will use your experience from the laboratory domain to:
- Advise and assist companies in a vast array of projects, spanning from laboratory IT strategy, IT architecture roadmaps, implementations, integrations, process optimization to data standardization.
- Advice on vendor selections new IT solutions within the area of LIMS, eLN, SDMS and CDS
- Give presentations and speaker sessions at conferences and write articles about hot topics for the lab of the future.
- Engage in pre-sales and direct client sales activities.

- You have a sound understanding of IT, and you manage to bridge your professional experience from the pharmaceutical industry with IT
- As a person you have a curious nature and interest in new technologies.
- It is an advantage if you have experience with laboratory business processes and regulatory requirements GLP/GMP and that you have a good overall understanding of IT solutions within this area
- Your experience may either be focused on the processes of the life sciences labs or the IT solutions of the labs
You are used to advising and building trust on all levels, and you might have gained this experience from a past job within the consulting area.
