Implementation Consultant for Templafy

Ready to join the next big Global B2B SaaS company? We are looking for an Implementation Consultant to join our delivery team in New York where we just moved into our new office in One World Trade Center on the 60th floor.

Templafy is a fast-growing SaaS company with global operations based in Copenhagen, with recent expansion into Berlin, Eindhoven and New York. Templafy has an ever growing customer base consisting of some of the worlds largest companies and global enterprises.

About the job

You will be part of the team that implements Templafy software for our clients. You'll be following an implementation from when it is sold until the solution is live in the client environment. You'll be responsible for project management, technical as well as functional implementation and product training.

Besides a strong technical foundation, you should communicate well and thrive in operating at the intersection between customer needs and technology.

About the Templafy platform

• Templafy is ensuring employee productivity as well as legal and brand compliance.
• Templafy is a cloud based template management solution with a strong integration to MS Office suite and with integrations to other integrations like DAM, DMS, CRM.
• We integrate to client IT infrastructure via SSO.
• Our integration to MS Office requires a classic deployment of an .MSI package that installs our VSTO Add-ins (or Web Add-ins from MS Office store)

About you

We expect you to have a technical background or at a minimum, a very good general knowledge about IT. You have a problem solving mindset and a drive to apply your skills in trouble shooting to find solutions.

Preferably you already have some experience from a similar position with outstanding results and you are dedicated to finding solutions to problems and delivering first class customer experience.

• Bonus: understanding for web based programming (e.g. HTML) or object orient programming (e.g. Java, C#)

Requirements / the ideal candidate

• Technical flair and general understanding of IT, preferably with a bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, engineering or equivalent experience.
• Previous experience with implementing software, preferably B2B SaaS solutions
• Understanding of the different stakeholders in a B2B buying process - ability to work directly with IT and PM on the customer side
• Consultative and problem-solving mindset
• Strong team player capabilities but still a proactive self-starter
• Fluency in English is a must
• A strong desire to learn in a rapidly growing and dynamic environment
