About the role
We are looking for a skilled maternity cover for the role as Senior Mobility Consultant to join our team of 30+ HR professionals (12-14 months). As a team, we operate collaboratively, leveraging our diverse skill sets and experiences to optimize our impact in nne.
In this role, you can anticipate dynamic and diverse workdays, engaging with a wide array of tasks and establishing extensive connections within the organization. You will be working closely with our organization in India, wherefrom most of our global mobility occur. Additionally, we are increasingly hiring locally from abroad.

How you might spend your days
As our Senior Mobility Consultant, you'll:
- Act as mobility advisor and as such facilitate smooth employee transitions.
- Act as a sparring partner to managers on case management and regarding new mobility initiatives.
- Ensure compliance in mobility activities, covering tax, social security, and immigration etc.
- Hold the main responsibility within our Global Mobility processes, working closely with our global mobility team based in Bangalore, India.

The miles you’ve walked
In all positions there are some things that are needed, and others a bonus. We believe these qualifications are needed for you to do well in this role:
- Relevant academic education or a background as an HR professional.
- Experience within Global Mobility, with knowledge of immigration, tax rules and legislation being a plus.
- Broad HR experience e.g., as HR Business Partner will be considered as an advantage.
