HR is looking for an experienced Senior HR Consultant who is ready to make a difference in an informal and high performing organisation. You will report to the VP of HR and be part of a team of 12 HR professionals who cover assignments within operations such as employee relations, compensation & benefits, recruiting, mobility and people development. In HR you will have great colleagues who value a good sense of humour, and you will be part of a team where we share our challenges and celebrate our victories.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Through your close cooperation with HR colleagues and managers at all levels your contribution will be visible to - and make a difference to - the entire company.
Your main responsibility will be to advise managers and HR colleagues on all aspects of employment law related matters, including interpretation of local agreements and negotiations with local unions.
Furthermore, you will contribute to or drive other activities on the HR agenda, such as employee wellbeing, development, continuous improvement projects and new HR initiatives that contribute to the overall business targets from beginning to end.

Required Qualifications:
- You have a Master’s degree in law, (Cand. Jur.), M.Sc. in Commercial Law (cand.merc. jur.), a M.Sc in Human Ressource Management (cand. Merc. HRM) or a similar degree and 6-10 years of experience with emphasis on HR legal aspects, including interpretation of legislation and solutions to complex people issues.
- You have a strong business acumen and excellent analytical skills.
- You are customer-oriented, strong on day-to-day operation and a strong communicator in Danish and English.
- You are proactive and have diplomatic skills, and you enjoy working independently as well as a part of a team.
