Do you find administration interesting, and would you like to specialise within the field in a Legal & Risk department? MHI Vestas is currently looking for the perfect match for a 2-year apprenticeship within office skills training with administration as specialty, beginning the 1st of October 2020 at the latest.
Tasks & responsibilities: You will…
…be part of the Legal & Risk department, and you will be collaborating closely with your colleagues within the department as well as with co-workers from other parts of the organisation. You will be responsible for the maintenance of the electronic and physical contract archive, and for ensuring compliance with minimum requirements to processes and procedures.
As part of the position, you will potentially also be responsible for supporting with, and specialising in, claims and insurance handling, and consequently, you will also cooperate with external consultants. .
You will also be responsible for:
Creating, proof reading and updating company templates and documents to comply with minimum requirements Uploading and printing insurance policies, certificates and correspondences to the Claims Management System Scanning, uploading and filing contracts Supporting the invoicing procedure, including the maintenance of financial overviews Potentially following up on claim statuses with relevant stakeholders Varying administrative work and ad hoc tasks
Skills & experience: Our new colleague…
…is qualified for an apprenticeship, and thus has finished Upper Secondary School (Studentereksamen). As a person, you must be service-oriented and focused on delivering high-quality work, while it is paramount that you are systematic and able to keep deadlines. In addition, you must be outgoing and openminded, and able to juggle many different tasks at once.

Have excellent verbal and written Danish and English skills Are able to start 1st of October 2020 at the latest
