Are you looking for an interesting office apprenticeship (“kontorelev” - duration two years), where you will be part of a fast-paced department? Tasks & responsibilities: You will…

…contribute to the effectiveness of the Operations Site Resources & Electrical Operations (OSREO) department by supporting the Department Assistant and the department in general with various practical, administrative tasks. Your tasks will amongst others include supporting onboarding of new employees, assisting with the recruitment process, and the planning of department and sub-department workshops and social team events

You will also be responsible for:

  • Provide practical, administrative support to OSREO, e.g. arrange travel, meetings, AX system tasks
  • Assist with arranging regular supervisor meetings and department meetings
  • Assist with maintaining the OSREO team site in SharePoint
  • Assist with greeting cards and gifts for OSREO employees in relation to birthdays, anniversaries, etc.
  • Support the external resources management team with controlling tasks
  • Support the purchasing department with project purchasing tasks


  • Skills & experience: Our new colleague…

    …is currently studying and looking for a two-year office apprenticeship (“kontorelev”/”voksenlærling”). You are structured, able to work independently and with many tasks simultaneously. You will take on a role with many different stakeholders in an international organisation, and it is therefore important that you have excellent communication, collaboration and English skills. As a person, you are positive and flexible, and you are eager to learn and get familiarised with new tools and systems.

    We expect that you:

  • As a minimum have completed HHX/STX or similar
  • Are detail-oriented and accountable
  • Are open to improvements and innovative thinking
  • Can work with people of different national and cultural backgrounds
  • Are a good user of Microsoft Office applications
