Job Description



We are about to build our new Danish Headquarters in Ballerup. 3 Bosch Legal Entities are going to move together in a modern office environment with Smart Work spaces. We are looking for you acting as a vital role in this transition and operate day-today tasks within Facility Management and Customer Welcoming.

You will be responsible for:

  • You will be part of the Facility Management and Building Administrations Team.
  • You will be Demand Manager for Facility Management within North Europe and collect data for Maintenance and Construction projects.
  • Maintain office services by working with internal or external suppliers.
  • Designing & Implementing office policies.
  • You will be part of the project team for our new building by playing a decisive role on how to design daily-operations.
  • You manage company day-to-day operations and systems such as Visitor Registrations, Access Control and Company Car Administration etc.
  • You are the Key-User for our Travel System.
  • Greeting visitors in-office at the reception and over the phone.
  • You ensure a good working environment by counseling and disciplining employees with our standards and culture.
  • You act as the go-to colleague for any office inquiry.
  • You hold a major role in welcoming and on-boarding new colleagues.
  • Planning & implementing internal systems and procedures.
  • Coordinate and organize Company and Customer events.

The function needs on site presence.

Qualifications



Office manager skills & qualifications

  • Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook, Teams, etc.
  • Knowledge of administrator systems, responsibilities & procedures.
  • Invoice verification, travel & project management knowledge.
  • Service-minded with a pro-active can-do attitude.
  • You can communicate on all organizational levels.
  • Analytical minded & results-driven.
  • Thrives under pressure and responsibility.
  • Language proficiency Danish and English any other Scandinavian langue seen as an advantage.
