Elev - Hvidovre
We are looking for a Trainee Administrative profile (DK: Kontorelev) for our internal Contract & QA Department, who is open minded, detail oriented and motivated by learning and training to become a strong Administrative specialist.
Note: It is a requirement that you must be affiliated with an approved educational institution for office administration student education or similar.
This is your opportunity to start your career within the field of Administrative Services by being a part of the entire contractual process of all consultant sales on a global scale.
We offer you a full time position as trainee/student where we will be your practical training platform for the period that your education will last, with a possibility of fixed employment once you complete your education.
The primary purpose of our Contract & QA Department is to manage everything contractual regarding the clients and the consultants in Denmark, Norway, Sweden, The Netherlands and Germany. The Department also assists the Account Managers and Finance Department in different administrative tasks, as well as making sure that all consultants report in a timely manner aligning to the setup of our clients.
Furthermore it is of high importance that the Contract Department maintain a close and continuous contact with the consultants and clients of ProData Consult, to ensure that our systems are always updated and current, and in turn the contracts and invoices as well.
The Contract Department also handles ProData Consult’s Quality Assurance effort, sending and receiving more than 2500 evaluation questionnaires yearly from our clients, evaluating the efforts of our consultants. This helps drive our constant goal to heighten the quality of our services.

You will work closely with 3 other colleagues in our Contract Management Department but have daily contact (and fun) with more than 50 others at our location in HQ, Hvidovre. Outside the HQ offices you will be supporting more than 25 other colleagues in Denmark, Sweden, Norway, The Netherlands and Germany, as well as being in close contact with our entire nearshore team in Poland. You will be reporting directly to the Head of Contracts & QA.

We expect that you
- are on an educational career plan that relates to this area or plan to begin this in the nearest future. (Kontorelevsuddannelse - Adm. linje).
- have some experience within people services and have a good understanding of the importance of being a support function to others.
- have a natural flair, as well as some experience, in working with details in written material, documents and databases.
- have a strong sense of discipline, know how to structure your way of working and work well under pressure.
- have experience in working with Microsoft Office.
- have native communication skills in Danish as well as professional communication skills in English.
- have an outgoing and service minded personality with strong communication skills.
