We are looking for an on call Bell Host who are not only dynamic, pragmatic and flexible but also have a highly developed sense of guest luxury service.

ABOUT THE JOB
As part of our Concierge & Bell team, you will daily be creating personal and magical experiences for our guests. You will assist them with luggage upon arrival & departure, and therefore create the first and last impression of the d´Angleterre. During the guests stays, you will assist them in different requests, as well as support other internal departments, all according to the Leading Hotels of the World standards, and you will take every opportunity to elevate our guests and build enduring relationships. You will be at the heart of the hotel and be an ambassador. This role offers great opportunity to develop both professional and personal in an environment where no days are alike.
WE EXPECT
You are outgoing, service-minded and you enjoy the role as host. We also expect that you have a previous work experience, preferably in the service industry. You thrive in an energetic and hectic environment with many tasks at the same time, and you manage to still maintain full overview. You understand the importance of always being “on stage” and always being fresh, rested and "perfectly groomed", and have a developed sense for details. Just as we expect you speak and understand English and perhaps Danish or a third language. A driver license & driver experience is needed.
