This is a full-time Piccoline/Office Assistant position based in our Copenhagen office, starting in mid-August. Working hours are within standard office hours (8:00-16:00), and your physical presence is expected every weekday.

Your main areas of responsibility:
- Maintain office cleanliness, set up/clear catered meals, prepare meeting rooms, manage post/packages, and support colleagues.
- Act as the receptionist, handle visitors, couriers, and calls.
- Assist with purchasing office supplies and groceries and coordinate with landlords, IT support, and suppliers.
- Contribute to social activities and create a welcoming atmosphere.
Requirements:
- Service-minded and enjoy hands-on tasks.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate a structured, proactive approach.
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in MS Office, Danish, and English.
- Positive, smiling, and social by nature.
- Fluent in Danish (both verbal and written communication).
