Job Title: QA/QC Support Apprentice
Location: Rødbyhavn
Department: Quality Control & Quality Assurance (QA/QC)
The Project:
The Fehmarn Belt Fixed Link Project consists of a motorway and rail connection of about 18 km through the Fehmarn Belt. The project work is complex, high paced and with many aspects of the construction happening simultaneously. The goal of the QA/QC department is to ensure, that every aspect of the process is according to the strict requirements set out by European Norms, Danish and German Regulations and the high standards of the Client.
Job Summary:
This position supports the various subdivisions of the department which include Quality Control, Systems Engineering and Document Control.
The main goal is the support of reporting duties between Fehmarn Belt Contractors (FBC), Subcontractors and the owner. These reporting duties include the drafting of quality control reports, reporting on documents and miscellaneous day to day activities.
All activities are carried out in English.

- Familiarization with the project specific Quality & Document Control Systems. (SharePoint, Relatics, Office 365)
- Administration and processing of relevant data.
- Filing of documents in a document management system.
- Contribution to improvement of administrative processes.
- Following internal guidelines and procedures.
- Preparation of formal and informal meetings and taking minutes of meeting.
Maintaining of files / archives / portals (digitally and hard copy).
Your Qualifications:
- High proficiency in English (written and spoken)
- Confident in data processing, reporting and dashboarding within Office 365 applications
- Self-starter and easy learning
- High attention to detail
- Structured working method
