For our project, which is Northern Europe’s biggest construction project resulting in the longest immersed tunnel in the world, we are looking for a Piccoline/Piccolo for our office in Copenhagen.
Who is FLC?
Femern Link Contractors, FLC, is the joint venture responsible for the design and construction of the immersed tunnel, tunnel portals, and ramps. Our joint venture consists of nine international construction companies with individual experience in large infrastructure projects.
Together, we are committed to working together to deliver a state-of-the-art immersed tunnel, portals, and ramps, delivered on time and safely, in a sustainable and ethical manner.

It is a full-time job.

Main responsibilities:
- Keep kitchens and other common areas in order (emptying dishwashing machines, disinfecting kitchen after lunch, refilling coffee machines with coffee beans and milk, etc.)
- Fill up the fruit basket.
- Mail dispatch.
- Receiving and dispatching of boxes/parcels.
- Scanning invoices for the accounting department.
- Clean printer rooms.
- Keeping track of the stock of supplies for kitchens and printer rooms.
- Reorder catering and office supplies.
- Helping colleagues with various tasks they might need help with.
- Drop off/pick up cars for maintenance/service when needed.
- Key cards and lunch cards for colleagues.
- Ad-hoc tasks.
About you:
- It is important that you are outgoing and adaptable, as you will be in contact with a lot of people daily.
- You work independently and structured.
- Are fluent in Danish in writing and speech.
- Experience with Word, Excel, and Outlook is an advantage.
- Have a driver’s license.
