We’re on a crazy growth journey and was recently confirmed as the fastest-growing company in Denmark during the last four years. Last year we welcomed more than 80 people to Hobbii, and since the beginning of 2020, we have hired 50 more. Making sure our office runs smoothly and reflects the Hobbii Culture is therefore, more important than ever. That's where you come in!
Somewhere in Rødovre, in the middle of an industrial area - you’ll one day find yourself in a big grey concrete building. From the outside, it doesn’t look like much. Until you open the doors to our colorful universe. We’re a diverse group of everything from tech-nerds to yarn-enthusiasts, and we embrace everything in between. We have a vibrant and playful approach to everything that we do, and our atmosphere isn’t any different. But to keep it like that, we need an extra set of Jedi hands.
You will oversee the day-to-day office operations, and uphold the office efficiency. You will be part of developing the role so it reflects the Hobbii Culture and people feel instantly welcome when they step into the office. This requires good people skills and a knack for detail and organizing.
You’re the one who always sees the bigger picture and the tiny details. But also understand that the small surprising elements is often why people love coming to the office. You’re not afraid of getting your hands dirty, and always do it with a go-getter attitude. You will enter as a part of Hobbii’s People & Culture Department, and report to the Head of People & Culture.

Would you like to?
- Manage office services and programs, such as cultural perks, meals, snacks, swag, Friday Bars, onboarding, etc.
- Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the office
- Create an office space that reflects the Hobbii Culture and make people feel at home; You will be part of the interior design team, and responsible for furniture updates and ensure that the office is at all times shining bright
- Coordinate with building management and vendors on facility and maintenance issues
- Take part in the executing and planning of bigger and smaller company events
- Act as a cross-functional partner for all departments, to drive company initiatives and keep the office running smoothly on a day-to-day basis

- Are an expert at multitasking
- Are one of the few exceptional people who have an amazing knack for not only putting things in order but keeping them that way. The one, who knows where everything is.
- Know exactly how to utilize and create office environments that fit our business needs and values - a place where people feel comfortable, inspired and enthusiastic
- Have some aesthetic skill either in interior design or graphical skills - you know your way around the Adobe Suite and the ins and outs of a camera
