We are currently in 15 markets and are on track to becoming an international brand in the automotive industry. The TeamYou will be joining a multidisciplinary scrum team, which has set out on a journey to become the most powerful tool for converting traffic on dealership’ websites. The team currently consists of talented full stack developers, PO and scrum master and we are In addition to the scrum team you will become part of, you will also benefit from cross-team collaboration with like minded peers in UI and UX.
The positionIn this position you will drive the design process for the tools that catches leads on our customers websites, and for our customer-facing interfaces and flows for handling leads and car stock. We have companies like Renault, MG, Nissan and KIA using our tools to engage consumers, in addition to a broad range of large and small dealerships in multiple countries.

- create compelling UI designs for apps, and responsive web using Figma
- explore problems/opportunities and identify solutions in collaboration with stakeholders
- contribute to the teams objectives through problem-solving and visualising solutions in both high and low fidelity prototypes
- validate solutions qualitatively through user/customer involvement in the design process (calls and visits to end users, user testing, real world user testing etc.)
- collaborate with the UX/design team create and maintain a coherent visual style and UX patterns in the B2B services.

- You are first of all a naturally curious problem solver. You approach any situation with an optimistic can-do attitude and core-belief in that things always can be made better, but have a good sense of the balance between perfectionism and progression.

- You are a natural team player and enjoy working in a fast paced atmosphere where people around you truly care about the experience we build for users and customers.
- You are courageous and comfortable in reaching out to people who can help you or make you smarter. Prior experience with user involvement (user testing and interviews) is an advantage.
- Preferably you have worked with software products (ex. SaaS solutions or similar), where in-depth understanding of the users journey and problem to be solved is vital.
