About us

We are a Billund based and fast-growing international production company. AVdesign was founded

in 2005 and now employs 16 colleagues including animators, CG generalists, producers, production assistants, videographers etc.

We create a great variety of content across different platforms and support clients worldwide with a range of exciting projects.

AVdesign is located together with My Instore Radio and in total we employ 26 skilled colleagues of different nationalities.

We are looking for a new colleague to join our video team, where we have gathered some of the most skilled and dedicated enthusiasts from the business. The team consists of 5 people.

About the role

The ideal candidate will have a background in live streaming, events, broadcast, or any other related technical job.

The role requires an agile mindset, someone who appreciate those live event “butterflies” and are at ease with the pressure that the job can bring. The role has a great scope for developing new skills and training within the latest live stream- and video production technology.

Furthermore, an open mind and a flexible approach for a semi broad pallet of assignments, is also a requirement.

Responsibilities:

  • In house or remote set up cameras and live equipment.
  • Part of the creative process scoping the event.
  • Operation of equipment during the event – camera, live mix and audio.
  • In charge of running rehearsals if an event requires it.
  • Coordinating with clients before and during an event.
  • File management of video assets if part of the event.
  • Editing of relevant material.
  • Fully responsible, together with the rest of the live team, that events run as planned and to clients’ expectations.

About you

It is natural for you to interact with both clients and our in-house producers, videographers, photographers, and production assistants. Most importantly, you bring a passion within the field.

To succeed in the role, it is an advantage to be proactive and find it easy to adjust to changes in the project.

Furthermore, we appreciate you having a positive attitude, great at both teamwork and working independently, good communication skills - fluent in English is crucial for this position. Fluent in Danish is an advantage, but not a strict requirement.

Your profile:

  • Have a technical understanding of live streaming and how it works.
  • Ideally experience in running virtual- and live stream events or experience from a
  • related sector (broadcast).
  • Good knowledge of streaming technologies (Tricaster, OBS, MS Teams etc.).
  • The ability to manage multiple projects at the same time and deliver to the agreed
  • deadlines.
  • Help innovate and increase customer success.
  • Have a strong work ethic.
  • Flexibility approach to working hours.
  • Driving license is an advantage.

Additional information

The position is a 12-month contract with possibilities of becoming permanent. Working hours are

37 hours per week. The role is based in Billund, Denmark.
