If so, you may be our new Associate Communication Consultant with responsibility for a variety of communication tasks.
Your responsibilities
- To produce primarily online communication materials – e.g. Intranet content, digital information board content, Microsoft PowerPoint presentations, SharePoint sites and PowerApps.
- To safeguard compliance with the Grundfos Brand and Design manual throughout all deliverables.
- To ensure high quality and aesthetical end products.
Your background
- You are used to and enjoy working creatively within the framework of a corporate brand and design manual – choosing to see potentials, not limitations.
- You hold a solid Adobe toolbox plus the desire to learn more – possibly within photography, filming and editing.
- You may have a degree in graphic or multimedia design, and probably you come from the advertising industry.
Your professional qualifications
- You have several years of relevant working experience within graphic/web design.
- You are experienced with complying to corporate design guidelines.
- Your English proficiency is at elementary level at least – written and spoken.
- You are a skilled Adobe Creative Suite user.
- Preferably, you have experience with Microsoft PowerPoint, SharePoint and PowerApps.
- Possibly, you have experience with photography, filming and film editing.
Your personal and interpersonal skills
- You are a strong visual communicator.
- You possess a good understanding of sparring and creative processes including iterations, feedback and alterations.
- You are skilled within the field of simplifying complex communication, making it easily understandable.
- You are focused on delivering high quality.
- You are openminded, flexible and learning-oriented.
- You act with empathy around other people.
Workplace and terms of employment
- This is a flex job only. Applications from people, who are not approved as flex workers will not be accepted.
- Workplace location is Poul Due Jensens Vej, 8850 Bjerringbro.
- Your office space will be next to our Communication Consultant, who will be your close collaboration partner.
- Physical presence at the office is required, but can be combined with remote working.
- The number of weekly hours will be agreed upon with you.
- Start date, salary and additional terms of employment will be agreed upon as part of the hire.
