Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated Video Content Specialist to join our Global Campaigns and Content team, which consists of strategists, copywriters, digital specialists and graphic designers based in Brøndby, Denmark. The team supports the global marketing organization with engaging segment and product campaigns for a broad range of purposes and departments.
The position is currently set as a full-time freelance position with negotiable terms.

We are building the future of cleaning, and you will be a key player in helping Nilfisk meet the changing demands, needs and standards. The Video Content Specialist is responsible for devising and creating video assets from concept to completion. This could include video strategies, project management, concept development, and pre- and post-production, with the support of vendor partners as needed. Videos will be used across various channels, offline and online events, product launches, marketing campaigns and more.
Ultimately, we want to raise the bar in best-in-class video marketing for our industry, and we need a passionate Video Content Specialist on our team to drive growth.

Are you the right match?
We imagine that you have a degree in media, visual arts, film studies, cinema or similar and 5+ years of experience as a professional delivering video content to B2B companies. You are proficient in Adobe Premiere, Adobe Audio, Adobe After Effects, Final Cut or similar tools.
To succeed in this position, you are passionate about turning ordinary or technical topics into compelling stories. You are a creative mind paired with strong communication skills and the ability to organize projects. You are comfortable reporting regularly on project status and deliver final assets on-time in a fast-paced environment. This motivation comes from the ability to create impactful videos that deliver messages clearly, but beautifully.
With a collaborative nature you can work with a broad group of stakeholders across departments, levels and time zones. From there you can work independently and proactively.
We are a global company therefore fluent English written and spoken is required and international experience is preferred. With your self-driven, self-starting and determined attitude you take initiative with enthusiasm.

Major Areas of Responsibility:
- Responsible to produce video materials, including project management, concept development, storyboard, design guidance, budget and scriptwriting, either alone or supported by vendor partners (as the project requires)
- Devise and develop video strategies for all kinds of video platforms and social media to increase brand awareness, engagement and conversion.
- Create and develop video content for product promotions, use and care videos, client stories, internal company announcements, external promotional social, recruiting videos, corporate training and other enterprise-wide projects
- Maintain current, and develop new guidelines for different types of video content (product promotion, use and care, SOME, employer branding, etc.)
- Proactively recommend video projects to support launches, campaigns and other initiatives
- Repurpose video assets for different video platforms and social media
- Attend and direct video shoots as available, filming capabilities are a plus
- Edit and perform post-production as needed (some projects will be supported by 3rd party video partners)
