You’ll be working with a team of 5 brilliant creatives on a mission to make Trendhim the go-to destination for men’s accessories online. You’ll have a lot of autonomy and collaborate closely with Trendhim’s Creative Director. No bureaucracy, no endless requests, no unreasonable deadlines, and no bulls%&t. We make a lot of epic content and need someone to help us build bigger, longer, more strategic campaigns in the future. Is that you?
You’ll create captivating and inspirational content for men who enjoy sitting at antique desks, drinking their 18-year-old scotch while practicing their calligraphy to the sound of smooth jazz, and the next day turn your attention to the high-school graduate looking for a sustainable canvas backpack for his Interrail trip. And you’ll accomplish this by guiding your creative team, helping them grow, and managing their resources.

Tasks and responsibilities:
- You’ll be the project manager of our creative projects. Managing resources, planning, setting up workflows etc., and making sure our visual standards remain high.
- You’ll help create captivating media for all new collections in collaboration with our Product Development and Performance Marketing teams.
- You’ll be the team leader of our Photographers and Marketing Video Specialists. We need a team player who can help the team grow professionally and personally.
- You’ll create results by leading, managing, and growing a stellar team of Photographers and Marketing Video Specialists.
- You’ll make sure our communication is aligned with our brand, visual identity, and strategy.
Skill requirements:
- Structured and organized with epic project management skills.
- Experience with shoots and commercial video campaigns.
- Experience with storytelling and videos on a branding level.
- Familiar with video and image editing software.
- Experience with leading a team
