WHAT YOU WILL GET
As a UI/UX Designer you will be responsible for turning our apps into something our users like and want to use. You will do this through your key areas of responsibility by conducting user research, testing, developing wireframes and task flows. You will understand product specifications and user psychology. You will report to the COO/CFO, will be a key member of the product team, and work closely together with Product Owners, UI and Developers to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.

- Understand product specifications and user psychology
- Conduct concept and usability testing and gather feedback
- Create personas through user research and data
- Find creative ways to solve UX issues e.g. usability and findability.
- Work with UI designers and product owners to implement attractive designs
- Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers
- Follow competitive products and industry trends closely
YOU WILL ROCK THIS ROLE IF YOU
- Got experience with UX and its best practices
- Are experienced in working with clients to understand their detailed requirements, needs and visions
- Are experienced with designing complete user experiences
- Got a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design principles
- Got outstanding communication, presentation and facilitation skills
- Are an active listener and a reliable team player
- Are fluent in written and spoken English
- Got the ability to create a UX research pipeline and manage day-to-day customer interviews.
- Are comfortable making independent decisions while being a part of a team
- Thrive in a fast-paced culture
