WHAT YOU WILL GET:
As a Senior UX designer you will be responsible for the user experience across our web and mobile apps. You will do this by conducting user research, map out user journeys, task flows and design wireframes that meet the needs of our end users. You will work closely with the Business and Product Owners to understand product specifications. You will become a core part of the design team, within the product organization reporting directly to the COO. The design team currently consists of two UI Designers and one Senior UX Specialist. On a daily basis, you will collaborate closely with your design colleagues and at the same time you will be working with 1-3 development teams to create intuitive delightful and user-friendly products.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Collecting relevant user insights working with end users, clients, and internal stakeholders
- Understanding business specifications, user needs and the technical limitations and use it when designing the user experience
- Use your well-founded UX methodologies to design the best possible experiences
- Maintaining and maturing our product personas, based on user insights
- Drive the creation of user journey flows and detail them in collaboration with the POs and dev teams
- Design wireframes in the fidelity needed and create prototypes to communicate the intended user experience
- Conduct usability testing, gather feedback and communicate insights to the organization
- Work closely with UI Designers to deliver pixel perfect UI for your user journeys to the dev teams
- Using your UX writing skills to deliver UX optimized copy for all user journeys and collaborate closely with our Head of Marketing to ensure a consistent tone of voice
- Being the key advocate together with the design team to ensure a good user experience, across our products
- Staying up to speed on the latest UX trends and following similar products to ensure that our products are always contemporary

- Have 5+ years of experience
- Have a relevant design education
- Thrive in a fast-paced culture

- Are fluent in written and spoken English
- Are an active listener and a reliable team player

- Are comfortable making independent decisions while being a part of a team

YOU WILL REALLY ROCK THIS ROLE IF YOU:
- Deliver your UX design based on a well-founded design thinking approach
- If your default is to design solid end2end solutions to always ensure a complete user experience
- Find human psychology interesting, maybe you even have a strong profile here
- Are able to implement a continuous process to ensure fast and efficient user research activities over time
- Are a data nerd who knows all about UX metrics and knows how to implement them into the organization
- Have outstanding communication, presentation, and workshop facilitation skills
