Sitecore is experiencing spectacular growth all over the world. To build on Sitecore’s success and growth, we are looking for a skilled Senior User Experience Designer in Copenhagen.

Position Summary:
As a Senior User Experience Designer, you will be designing first-class user experiences. You will join a team that is dedicated to creating rich web user experiences and interfaces for business users. You will be working closely with product managers, back-end developers, architects, front-end developers and other UX experts, such as UX Researchers, UX Designers, and Visual Designers, primarily based in Denmark, but also working in geographically distributed locations.

Responsibilities:

  • Design best-in-class user experience for Sitecore business users
  • Maintain focus on internal best practices, designing, documenting specifications
  • Stay up-to-date on current and emerging trends, standards, and research
  • Work closely with the UX team on ideas and concepts and be able to create mockups and prototypes
  • Gather feedback from stakeholders and users and incorporate it into reiterations of your designs
  • Work with product managers and developers to keep work on track and ensure product deadlines are met.
  • Evolve the Sitecore design system

Qualifications:

  • At least a few years’ experience as a User Experience Designer
  • Strong design portfolio
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Skilled in creating walkthrough mockups and prototypes
  • It will be an advantage if you had experience with any or all of the following:
    ◦ Experiences in application software design such as for Web and Mobile
    ◦ Sketch, Axure
    ◦ Experience with digital platforms beyond the browser – mobile, audio interfaces, multi-touch, widgets, desktop software, UI components and controls
    ◦ Visual design skills and experience using Adobe Creative Suite
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time
  • Ability to work independently but also be a good team player
  • Good at problem solving for our complex solutions
  • Strong attention to details and quality
  • Preferably have experience with Data Visualization.
  • Preferably have a degree in a related field, such as Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphical Design, Media Design, Psychology, Industrial Design, etc.
