Job Description
The optimization Specialist will be part of the EMEA eCommerce team, consisting of a specialist team within trading, merchandising and development of the SalesForceCommerceCloud (SFCC) platform and the Content platform CoreMedia. This regional team supports and guides the local/national eCommerce teams within the EMEA region, and collaborate with the Global eCommerce team on initiatives that can enhance the overall EMEA eCommerce business. You will become the regional super user of some of the best in class eCommerce testing and feedback tools such as: Monetate, Content Square our Voice-of-Costumer tool; Medallia, and optimizing our local site performances while presenting valuable feedback to relevant stakeholders.

The job is a newly created position with the purpose of strengthening the EMEA region’s online experiences across our local sites, and to ensure that Pandora’s online customers’ voice is heard and acted upon.

Your areas of responsibilities:
As an Optimization Specialist you will work very closely with the Global eCommerce technical product team based in the US, regional analysts or eCommerce professionals as well as Traders and Content Managers in the local EMEA eCommerce teams.

In this position you will definitely shape the future of your position and you can expect to elevate the following job assignments:

Onsite Optimization (80% of role):

  • Regional lead to manage relationship with A/B testing tool provider, local markets and Global and being/becoming a super-user in our testing platform
  • Collaborate with Global eCommerce on the strategy and testing roadmap to ensure that we are focusing on A/B tests that will provide learnings on the on-site customer experience
  • Collect analytical feedback from tests in EMEA markets and share with Global eCommerce
  • Work closely with EMEA markets to discuss personalization testing ideas and agree on A/B testing initiatives on how they can use both Monetate and SFCC to optimize daily trading (segmentation, content, upsell, trading messaging etc.)
  • Execute and QA all personalization tests and A/B tests in Monetate by setting them up for all EMEA markets
  • Receive and review market requests in Jira and ensure that they follow the requirements before setting it up

Voice-of-Customer management (20% of role):

  • Regional lead to manage relationship with VoC vendor, local markets and Global eCommerce and being a power user in VoC tool
  • Collaborate with Global eCommerce and potentially also Consumer Insights on the strategy to ensure alignment on survey designs and feedback scores
  • Execute the setup and QA of surveys
  • Conduct analyses of data and draw learnings on key themes with the intent to gain actionable insights
  • Facilitate the sharing of results between markets, Customer Service and Global Ecommerce
  • Support markets in their use of the tool and manage requests

What is needed to succeed:

  • An intermediate level of coding experience
  • A Master’s degree in Ecommerce, Digital design, interactive technology, Digital innovation or a related area
  • Solid and proven experience from a similar project/stakeholder/specialist position
  • Performance oriented, structured & detail oriented
  • Comfortable and experienced in working with data and KPIs
  • Strong presenter who can engage and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
  • Fluent in English – both written and oral

This role is based in the EMEA Regional Office at the Pandora Global Office in Copenhagen, Denmark.
