Digital Video Specialist
Do you love digital content and have a keen eye for storytelling? Do you love video production and have solid experience with creating videos for digital channels? Then come join the Digital Content & Consumer Happiness team in Demant Global Marketing. You will be taking on a specialist role as video content producer, where your key responsibilities will be planning and creating videos for the Demant hearing aid brands’ global and local digital channels. The role will work close together with relevant stakeholders to produce and optimize videos on digital channels.
Role description
Are you a video production professional who knows how to captivate an audience, and get them to take an action in a 15 second Instagram video? And do you know how to create engaging content that will keep people engaged all the way to the end in a two 2 min YouTube video? Then you are the person we are looking for.
You will plan, produce, and edit videos for our global and local digital marketing channels. We expect you to be hands on with all sides of the production - from planning to postproduction. In addition, you will take part in optimizing our marketing videos for digital channels and working with external agencies. You will have the responsibility for our global YouTube channels and be a specialist advisor for our local channels. In addition, you will be a specialist video advisor for our local markets and their local productions.
Main tasks and responsibilities
- Idea development and planning of digital marketing video content
- Production planning and scripting
- Filming and editing of digital marketing videos, including color grading, audio tracks and subtitling
- Producing digital marketing videos to make sure they are created for the specific platform with the customer journey in mind
- Re-editing already existing marketing videos to fit specific digital platforms
- Manage Global YouTube channels
- Specialist advisor for local YouTube channels
- Creating content that is compliant with brand and Medical Marketing guidelines
Required qualifications
You have a relevant education within video production and editing or video journalism. You have an eye for storytelling and know how to create engaging video content. You are a skilled video producer and know the full production value-chain and can deliver end-to-end. From developing a brief, to writing a script, to filming, post-production. You know how to create videos that fit the specific digital platforms. Preferably you have experience optimizing videos for YouTube in terms of uploading videos and maintaining and growing the channel.
- Experience with digital video production from a similar role or agency
- Great communication skills and storytelling abilities
- Proficiency in Adobe Premier Pro & Adobe After Effects
- Camera and sound equipment operations
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop
- YouTube experience
- Fluency in English is required
To be successful in the role you are an experienced professional who knows the craftmanship of video production. You are a hands-on person who takes ownership of your projects all the way to the end. We are looking for a person with great stakeholder management and communication skills, who thrives in a busy and fun work environment. You know how to prioritize tasks and know how to handle ad hoc tasks.
