The Opportunity

You’ll become a part of a small but capable and collaborative Customer Support team that always strives to go the extra mile to provide first-class support and advice regarding the broad range of Cobiro products.

The possition is, at the moment, fully remotely.

As a Customer Support Agent, you will:

• Manage inbound queries via chat and email providing a qualified response to questions and issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Review and report on customer accounts in Google Ads and Facebook Ads
• Effectively report possible malfunctions or bugs to the development team
• Escalate complex cases to the Team Lead
• Contribute to Cobiro’s daily operations by improving the efficiency of our support flow and utilizing customer feedback in the improvement of our products
• Manage and update Cobiro’s internal knowledge base

For this position, you will need:

• A strong customer-centric and problem-solving approach
• Good analytical and technical understanding, allowing you to communicate complex information effectively
• A mature understanding of the commercial nature of SMBs
• The ability to get up to speed with new technology quickly
• Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English (C1) and another European language, preferably German (C1, C2) or Italian (C1, C2)
  
• Knowledge of online marketing products like Google Ads or Facebook Ads is preferred for this position.
