As part of the Customer Service Team, the Customer Service Partner is responsible to:

Ensure delivery of Maersk´s value proposition to its customer segments through excellent customer service delivery. The Customer Service Partner will deliver a positive customer experience for all customers and ensures a smooth execution of the end-to-end shipment lifecycle by working closely with the customer and internal teams.

The customer Service Partner will be a part of a dynamic office in Aarhus, we are ca 250 colleagues, you will join a team of 15 people and have a close collaboration with your manager.

Key responsibilities

  • Ensures all products and services are sold to the customer to maximize
    profitability.

  • Builds strong relationships with all stakeholders including the offshore GSC
    teams.

  • responsible for customer satisfaction and has experience with
    customer interaction.

  • Understands customers' business drivers, needs and requirements.

  • Manages the sales pipeline, segmentation and accurate forecasting

  • Handles incoming customer services queries, issues and exception
    management.

  • support the Customer Experience Manager and internal teams.


We Are Looking For

  • Ca 3 to 4 years in a Freight Forwarding/Supply Chain/Logistics role

  • Proven Track record of Customer Service / Operations office.

  • Ability to build and/or promote relations with clients

  • Commercially comfortable to handle physical customer visits

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate confidently

  • Good planning skills and the ability to work under pressure to deadline

  • Proficiency in English
