Do you master a Scandinavian language, and are you an expert on providing program management? Are you familiar with cooperation between local partners in the Nordics, analyzing data, and do you have a strong understanding of the educational sector? Then you might be the perfect candidate for an exciting position at a large international tech-company with office in Copenhagen.

On behalf of our customer, we are now looking for a Customer Success Program Manager for a 12-month temporary position, with the possibility of extension, to drive business growth and customer satisfaction. You will work both directly with customers and via scalable programs to drive business results. You will be responsible for creating, implementing, and managing specific programs in the Nordics together with in-market teams to achieve agreed goals and targets. You’ll support the growing usage of our customer’s products by launching scalable activities to Nordic markets.

  • Create, design and execute on specific programs aligned with the Nordic strategy and the local team’s goals
  • Planning and execution of marketing initiatives (Events, trainings, outreach programs etc)
  • Analyze data to identify upsell opportunities and work with the sales teams and/or creation of initiatives and programs to close them
  • Work with a list of customers to drive usage and upsell of products

  • Has a BA/BS degree (or equivalent practical experience)
  • Has excellent communication, organization, and program/project management skills
  • Has analytical and strategic capabilities with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and develop creative solutions
  • Has hands on experience from the educational sector
  • Has the ability to speak and write in English and another Scandinavian language

  • Start date: Yesterday
  • Duration: 12 months with a possibility of extension
  • Working hours: 37 hours a week
  • Salary: According to qualifications
  • Location: Copenhagen K
