What you will do

To keep up with current demands, we are looking for a new Technical Support to join our Global Marine & Offshore Service organization in Holme, Aarhus.

In Johnson Controls, Marine & Offshore we develop, produce and market complete HVAC/R and controls systems for Marine, Offshore and Navy applications, and are among the world’s leading suppliers in this field. You will be part of a global organization, where we want to challenge the standard and make a more sustainable future. 

As our new Technical Support, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our Parts Product sales team. In addition, you will provide advice and assistance regarding the organization's products and services before, during and after a sale. You will also be collaborating with our internal sales employees, and other business partners in our global organization with guiding and mentoring through your technical support.

You will become part of a strong and dedicated centralized global product and sales team, who are based in Holme, Aarhus reporting to the Head of Global Product & Sales Support.

How you will do it

• Technical support for and enrichment of incoming spare part inquiries
  
  
• Contact with our customers and internal and external suppliers for technical clarification
  
  

• Acquiring prices and delivery in collaboration with the purchasing department
  
  
• Creation of new communication of products and collaboration with team, customers, and partners in an efficient and clear manner
  
  
• Active participation in quality assurance and knowledge sharing

The ideal candidate:

• You have a technical background, preferably a degree in engineering and experience from the Marine industry and industrial refrigeration
  
  
• You communicate fluently in English in both written and spoken form
  
  
• It is a benefit if you have "hands on" technical experience from Marine and offshore, but not a must
  
  

• It is an advantage to have experience with project management tools and have worked with an Order System. We use e.g., “the project management tool”
