Do you enjoy helping people through great customer service? Och pratar du svenska? Then you'll fit right in a small caring team at our client in Valby.


Our client in Valby is looking for a Swedish speaking Customer Service Representative to service their customers and to provide high quality solutions for a 12-month temporary position with possibilities for a permanent employment. You will be working for a big international firm, who offers treatment and cleaning of water all over the world. You will together with the rest of the team help create a cleaner, safer and healthier world by offering excellent service to their customers across the Nordic region.

To suceed in this role, you need to:

  • Be fluent in Swedish (and perhaps also Finnish). Furthermore, it is benificial if you are skilled in the English language to be able to communicate with both customers and colleagues internationally.
  • Have experience with customer service tasks or from a similar service function.
  • Be well-structured and able to handle different tasks with a short notice.
  • Have good overall IT-knowledge and experience. Experience with SAP is an advantage.

It is important that you wigh customer satisfaction high, and that you are capable of keeping a good relations to customers.

Terms of employment


First you will be employed through Adecco with payments and pension after the current collective agreement.
