Senior Client Manager to Sparinvest - København eller Luxembourg

Ready for a business trip to London, eine Telekonferenz mit Kunden in München, ou un déjeuner d’affaires à Luxembourg? We need a well-organised client manager who says “Absolutely!”, “Na klar!”, and “Bien sûr!”, when working with our international clients.

As a Senior Client Manager with Sparinvest, which is part of Nykredit Asset Management, you will be servicing clients all over Europe and across the world. You will be a part of Sparinvest’s International Client Management and Sales team. Our Client Managers are responsible for keeping our client networks updated, developing client relationships as well as all aspects of internal coordination around clients.

As part of our team, you will be working together with our Regional Sales Directors for business development purposes – both in terms of existing and future clients.

Servicing our clients includes:

• ensuring smooth client onboarding in collaboration with other teams within the organisation
• meeting client needs in terms of reporting; timely delivery of the expected service
• responding to ad hoc queries and requests within the shortest possible time frame
• coordinating contractual issues with clients including follow-up.

Besides this, your responsibilities will include:

• planning, organising and participating to client meetings
• managing and updating the client database
• supporting and cooperating with the team to improve internal processes
• problem solving based on your understanding of and curiosity about Asset Management
• ad hoc tasks we know are coming, but not when and what.

About you
You preferably have 5 years’ experience in a similar position with an international asset manager, you are open-minded and respect both professional and cultural differences. You are able to work independently, but also value team work. You have a keen ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.

You have excellent presentation and communication skills, and you are fluent in English. Additional language skills are a valued asset, especially French and German. Furthermore, you are curious about digital tools and processes.
